July 15, 2010 – Edward Yurkowski (“Yurkowski”) wishes to announce that he has purchased 3,250,000 common shares (the “Shares”) of Columbia Yukon Explorations Inc. (the “Company”) through the facilities of the TSX Venture Exchange. Prior to the purchase of the Shares, Yurkowski owned 2,589,000 common shares of the Company.
At present, Yurkowski owns an aggregate of 5,839,000 Shares of the Company, for a total of approximately 15.05% of the outstanding common shares of the Company, assuming no other common shares are issued by the Company.
Yurkowski has acquired the Shares for investment purposes and may acquire further securities of the Company for investment purposes, in the market or privately, from time to time.
